Notification of abstract outcome has been sent, and registration is now open until the 10th October!
The conference registration is an all-inclusive fee, covering all programmed conference activities. This will also cover morning/afternoon tea and lunch for all full conference days, as well as a conference dinner. Additionally, to make the conference as accessible as possible to those travelling to Auckland, this fee includes accommodation with a light breakfast.
Payment of the registration fee will open soon, and will be processed through a secure portal hosted by The University of Auckland which will be emailed to all attendees who have submitted an abstract. All values are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
Registrations close on the 10th of October. A notification of whether your abstract has been selected for a poster or oral presentation has been sent out. To register and attend KOALA 2025, an abstract must have been submitted.

*Gold member fee is applicable to members of Optica, and the University of Auckland Physics Department.
Please note that if one of the discounted rates is picked during registration, proof of membership may be requested.
Please note that due to limited space, applicants from Auckland institutions will not receive accommodation for the week by default and will receive a registration discount.
If you are from Auckland and feel you have a need, please include how you would benefit from accommodation in the abstract submission. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee an outcome at this stage.
