Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations are to be 12 minutes long, with 3 minutes of questions. The presentations will be held in Microsoft PowerPoint on a Windows PC, and we ask that the speakers submit their presentation via a USB drive an hour before the session starts (speakers session slots will be released in the coming weeks). 

Poster presentations have an allocated space of a single-sided A0 page aligned vertically. There will also be a poster preview session in which each presenter will get one minute and one PowerPoint slide to introduce their poster.
